Shipping policy

Digital goods are delivered instantly by an email from BookFunnel to the email address you used at Checkout. If you do not see it, please check your Spam, or if using Gmail, check your Promotions tab.

Most items purchased at SadieJFoxx.com are shipped directly from the author. We are a small, family-run business, and work as quickly as possible. You will get an email with tracking once your order has shipped. We cannot control the speed of the post office. If you are not in the USA. Some times packages get stuck in customs and the wait can be even longer--again, we cannot control this. 

Items coming from print-on-demand or 3rd Party Vendors providers will be indicated on the listing: POD/3rd Party. Sadie cannot control print/delivery times with these products. 

Delivery time depends on the shipping company.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient if physical goods. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.

Shipping is AUTOMATED, so we only ship to the address the customer inputs. We do NOT change addresses without the customer's direction.

Please note that while we try to get packages out within 2-4 BUSINESS days, some times of the year may be longer. During the week of Christmas, we will ship up until December 21 and then not again until December 30 so that we can take time off with our families.
